JIFSAN is able to develop and deliver customized training programs upon request. The three programs listed below were requested by the Ministry of Health Malaysia under a special agreement with JIFSAN. These were delivered in Malaysia in 2015-16.
Foodborne Illness Outbreak Investigations, Traceability and Emergency Preparedness
A subject matter expert (Captain Thomas Hill, retired USPHS) was hired to lead in the development of this program and he and one of JIFSAN’s trainers on staff delivered it in Penang, Malaysia in August, 2015.
Inspection of Meat and Meat Products
A private contractor (HACCP Consulting Group LLC) was hired to deliver this program on JIFSAN’s behalf in Selangor, Malaysia in September, 2015.
Inspection of Dairy and Dairy Products
A private contractor (Milk Regulatory Consultants LLC) was hired to deliver this program on JIFSAN’s behalf in Putrajaya, Malaysia in April, 2016.
