Beginning July 12, 2016 and continuing through September, JIFSAN will offer a series of ten Preventive Controls training programs developed by the Food Safety Preventive Controls Alliance (FSPCA)

Approximately half of the trainees in each program will be food safety professionals from the US-FDA or other regulatory agencies. This provides the remaining participants from industry and elsewhere a unique opportunity to interact directly with the FDA during the training.
