In collaboration with the Servicio Nacional de Sanidad Agropecuaria JIFSAN delivered a train-the-trainers program in Good Agricultural Practices April 11-15, 2016 in Comayagua, Honduras. There were 57 participants in the course who came from industry, government and academia. The group attended a study tour a vegetable packing facility that was packing assorted vegetables for export. After that we visited a farm with field and greenhouse production systems for the intensive culture of vegetables. The course participants all were experienced in GAP and were highly engaged throughout the program.
