JIFSAN delivered a training program in Inspection of Dairy and Dairy Products in Putrajaya, Malaysia

In collaboration with the Malaysia Ministry of Health – International Food Safety Training Centre, JIFSAN delivered a program in the Inspection of Dairy Products in Putrajaya, Malaysia the week of April 4-8, 2016. There were 28 participants in the course all of whom either had experience as food inspectors or had worked in other areas of the food industries in Malaysia. The course focused on FDA requirements for foods imported in to the U.S. and mid-week the group conducted a mock inspection of a dairy facility. Participants provided a lot of positive feedback about the program.
