JIFSAN Delivered a Program in Commercially Sterile Packaged Foods in Malaysia October 26-30, 2015


In collaboration with the Malaysia Ministry of Health – International Food Safety Training Centre, JIFSAN delivered a training program in Commercially Sterile Packaged Foods October 26-30, 2015 in Penang, Malaysia. There were 30 participants in the course who came from industry, government and academia. The group attended a study tour of a low acid canned food facility that was processing mushrooms as well as an aseptic packaging operation for juice drinks.
