JIFSAN collaborated with the Malaysia Ministry of Health to offer this new program on August 4-6, 2015 in Bandar Baru Bangi, Malaysia.

The course was intended to help government and industry prepare for the complications of coping with a foodborne illness outbreak. All of the twenty nine course participants currently serve their respective Ministries as members of outbreak response teams in Malaysia.

Indications were that the course was on-target for addressing the critical issues associated with outbreak investigations.
